SouthernBiotech fitc conjugated mouse anti chicken cd8
Effect of ST vaccine on cecal tonsil (5a) and spleen (5b) <t>CD4+:CD8+</t> T cell ratios of vaccinated birds. Layer birds were randomly assigned to two groups, namely unvaccinated control and vaccinated groups. Birds were challenged with 5 × 10 8 CFU/mL of SE at 27 wk of age. At 1wk post-challenge on week 28, CD4+:CD8+ T cell percentage in the cecal tonsil and spleen were analyzed by flow cytometry (Guava Eascyte; Millipore). The result was reported as gated cell percentage and CD4+/CD8+ cell ratio was expressed. Means with no common superscript differ significantly ( P < 0.05). n = 8.
